Will it plug into my outlet? The power supply runs on 100 to 240 V, so it works on American, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand mains without a converter. If the plug that arrives doesn't fit your outlet, tell us and we post you the right adapter free, or refund you in full.
Can it mill? It is built for drilling. Milling puts side load on the bit, and that needs an ER11 collet spindle in place of the chuck.
Can I bolt a vise or an XY stage to it? On the $129 press, add the 120 x 150 mm base plate: it replaces the original base and has tapped holes for fixing. The $149 collet press already has slots in its base. Clamp-on bench vises are for the bench, not for use under the drill.
Do I pay tax or duty? In the United States, sales tax is added at checkout where your state charges it, and the total you see is what you pay. For Australia and New Zealand nothing is added at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee on one of our parcels, don't pay it: email us first and we sort it out.
What if a part breaks? For twelve months, tell us which part and we post a new one free. No return needed.
