How much does shipping cost?
Free on every US order. The one exception is the Personal Safety Alarm bought on its own — that one is $4.95, and two or more ship free.

How long does shipping take?
Orders leave within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days after that, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Where do the products ship from?
Most items ship from our supplier's overseas warehouse. That is the honest reason delivery takes 5 to 15 business days rather than two — and the reason the prices are what they are.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only. Canada, the UK, Australia and the EU are next on the list.

How can I track my order?
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our tracking page at arvonelle.com/apps/parcelpanel.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@arvonelle.com within 24 hours of placing the order and we'll change or cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email support@arvonelle.com first and we'll tell you exactly where to send it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@arvonelle.com with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging. We replace it or refund it — you don't have to argue for it.
