Warranty and replacement parts

12 months on the motor and spindle, from the date of delivery.

Broken part? We send the part.

For the first 12 months, if a part fails — a belt, a collet nut, a handwheel, the chuck — tell us which one and we ship you a new one free. You do not pack the machine, you do not pay postage, and you do not wait for us to inspect anything.

This is deliberately different from a normal warranty. Shipping a machine back across the country is the part people dread, and it is the reason a small fault turns into a refund. So we send the part instead.

If the motor or spindle fails

Send us a short video of the problem and we ship a replacement unit free. You do not need to return the old one unless we ask for it.

What is not covered

Bits, collets and belts. Those are consumables — they wear out, that is their job, and we sell them separately and cheaply on purpose. The one exception is the free-parts service above: if a belt fails inside the first year, we still send you one.
