Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard shipping costs $8.00. Standard delivery is estimated at 5-15 business days after the order has been processed.
Free standard shipping is available for orders of $70.00 or more.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Please contact us at support@arvonelle.com if your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged. We will review the issue and assist with the next steps.
