A tired neck and a compressed one aren't the same thing
It's not the day. It's the load.
-
The stiffness comes back
By mid-afternoon your neck muscles stop letting go. You roll your shoulders, tilt your head until something clicks. It helps for a minute.
-
Stretching pulls the muscle
It doesn't take the load off the joint underneath. That's why it never quite fixes it.
-
Heat, traction and vibration in one session
Warm the muscle first so it lets go. Then let the arch take the load off the joint. Then work the knots. Fifteen minutes, once a day.
-
15-minute session
Most people use it in the evening, after work.
Three things in one session. That's the whole point.
Heat alone relaxes. Massage alone soothes. Neither takes pressure off the joint.
1Heat opens the tissue
Three warmth levels. Tight muscle resists being stretched; warm muscle doesn't. That's why the session starts with heat and not with traction.
2The arch takes the load
You lie back and the weight of your head does the work. The contoured arch holds your neck in extension, creating space where the day spent compressing it.
3Vibration releases the knots
Vibration aimed at the band of muscle at the base of the skull — the spot you keep pressing with your thumb.
What it actually does
Three things in one 15-minute session. Here is each one on its own.

Why not just a foam stretcher or a heating pad?
Three things your neck needs. Most products do one.
-
A foam wedge takes pressure off — but it can't warm the muscle first.
-
A heating pad warms — but it doesn't decompress anything.
-
NeckEase Pro does both, plus vibration, in one 15-minute session.
How it compares
Four ways people deal with a neck that has been at a desk all day. Here is what each one actually does.
| NeckEase Pro | A regular pillow | A massage gun | A studio visit | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Heat | Built in | Sometimes | ||
| Traction | ||||
| Vibration | ||||
| Hands free | ||||
| Session | 15 minutes | All night | A few minutes | You book it |

Heat and vibration run as separate modes, not at the same time. It works from a cable, not a battery.

Answers to your questions
How is this different from the cheaper ones on Amazon?
Most of them do one thing: heat, or a fixed foam shape. NeckEase Pro combines traction, three heat levels and three vibration levels in one session, and the order matters — heat first, so the muscle lets go before the arch takes the load.
How long before I feel something?
Most people feel looser right after the first session — that's the heat and the decompression working immediately. Whether it holds depends on repetition. Give it a few weeks of regular use before deciding.
Does it have to be plugged in?
Yes, and that's a design choice. Battery-powered neck devices can't sustain real heat for a full session. The charging cable and wall adapter come in the box — you just need an outlet within reach.
Can I use it if I have a herniated disc or arthritis?
Talk to your doctor first. Traction devices aren't right for every condition, and we're not in a position to assess yours. The manufacturer also advises against use if you have high blood pressure or diabetes.
How often should I use it?
15 minutes, a few times a week is enough for most people. Daily if the tension is heavy right now.
Can I sleep on it?
No. It's a 15-minute session device, not a pillow.
What's in the box?
The NeckEase Pro, a charging cable, a wall adapter and a user guide. Packaging can vary between batches; if anything is missing from your box, email support@arvonelle.com and we'll sort it out.
Fifteen minutes, lying down
Heat first so the tissue loosens. Then the arch takes the load off the joint. You set it down on the bed or the floor and lie back.
